Bring a taste of not a bakery to your Thanksgiving dinner with homemade pastries. Handcrafted pies generously sized to serve 12-14 guests.

Tuesday, November 25th from 10am - 1pm
at the not a bakery trailer outside of 110 Thames st in Portland.
Flaky crust, made from our Maine Grains puff pastry, holds the filling of local apples and pears tossed with generous fresh ginger, sugar, lemon, rich apple butter and finished with a beautiful lattice top.

Serves 6. Pillowy, sweet bread perfect for sauce swiping or eating on its own. The bread is made with whole wheat flour from Maine Grains, sweetened with Maine honey, and topped with Maine oats. Paired with an earthy shallot confit butter.
