not a bakery started as a commissary kitchen for prentice hospitality group’s restaurants, including twelve, evo, chebeague island inn, 58 culinary, the good table, bard coffee, and (soon to be douro) and then accidentally became its own thing. now we’re a wholesale bakery working with retail partners, weddings, events, and restaurants across the region.

the name came from an inside joke back in the commissary days and stuck. we take the pastries seriously. ourselves, not so much.
