not a bakery started as the commissary kitchen for prentice hospitality group's restaurants, including twelve,evo, chebeague island inn, 58 culinary, the good table, bard coffee, and douro. somewhere along the way, it accidentally became its own thing.

today, we're a wholesale bakery supplying retail partners, restaurants, weddings, and events across the region.

the name came from an inside joke back in the commissary days and stuck. we take the pastries seriously. ourselves, not so much.

where can you find us? our pastries are available daily at bard coffee, jordan's farm, and barber brothers co.

and yes, there's a truck. you'll find us wednesday through sunday from 8am to 2pm parked in front of twelve on the east end, alongside the bard coffee trailer.
