we’re serious about pastries, but not much else.

like most great ideas, this one started as a little joke. while working as the commissary kitchen for twelve, evo, chebeague island inn, the good table, bard coffee and (soon to be) douro, we’d make new little treats in development and share them with the team.

soon we started saying things like “this is great, too bad we’re not a bakery” or “this might need more time, good thing we’re not a bakery.” the truck came along, but the name stuck.

we’re not a bakery. we’re a truck with baked goods, made in house as we played around with favorite flavors, family recipes, and whatever we had left over. some things we’re wildly proud of, and some things will never see the light of day.
